Amazon Associates is free to sign-up. All you need is an email address and you can setup your affiliate store-id.

Amazon makes it very simple for everyday people, content creators and bloggers to make passive income promoting their products.

Here’s how to get started:

This part couldn’t be any easier…

Literally ANY product on Amazon can be a referral and pay you money.

You’ll setup your store-id and then once you start referring products each product will have it’s own unique referral link — this ties back to you so you get paid.

For 24 hours anything a customer purchases from their cart after clicking your link, you’ll make money on!

First I would start with Amazon’s Best Seller List…

You’re able to sort all products by department so you can really narrow down your audience interests when choosing which products to promote.

Once you find a product on Amazon you’ll click the yellow button in the top right corner that says ‘GET LINK’ that will auto-create a unique link for you.

As you can see at the very top left it tells you which Commission Category the product is in. This product is Kitchen & Dining 4.50%.

This means if a customer clicks your link via social media, website, etc..

It will take directly to this product page, anything they add to their cart and purchase you will make money off!

Amazon has a very simple dashboard that is easy to understand and navigate your earnings on.

In the screenshot below, you can see I had a customer purchase an item and I made $0.72 off the product.

Yes, that seems super low and like a waste of time, but imagine that you had 100 people click your links and they all were Christmas shopping at the end of the year with thousands of dollars in their carts.

You can promote your affiliate (product) links on any platform.

I have found it best to promote on Facebook since there is a larger audience on your feed.

Also, if you have a Nextdoor account you can promote to your local neighborhood folks as well.

Remember the product you are promoting they DON’T have to buy, just click the link!
