Once you’re logged into Amazon Associates click on “3-lined” menu dropdown, then click Account and then Account Settings.

This menu allows you to make all kinds of changes to your account including creating the tracking id’s.

Next, Click on Manage your tracking ID’s link half way down the screen.

This will bring you to a screen that displays all your tracking id’s.

When you sign-up and create your Amazon Associates store id this will be listed below.

Click the Add Tracking ID button to create your new id.

By default whatever you type in will end with -20. Don’t worry about this format it happens automatically and you aren’t able to change it.

Name the tracking id something simple and easily recognizable.

For instance Facebook or Instagram.

If your id is too long once you hit create some of the characters maybe cut off at the end.
